First of all, Happy Belated Birthday Peter! My son has the same birthday, he's 10. It was also Father's Day here in the US, so Happy Belated Father's Day to anyone reading this who is a father. You are an amazing actor, you've played your characters wonderfully in everything I've seen you in, and I just wanted to say thank you for all the work you do. It's more than just entertainment, it's glimpses into other people's lives which we may not get to see. We get to experience life in a way which we've never imagined. We learn to understand what being human is all about, that we're all different, and only when we can realize our differences and say it doesn't matter, can we all truly get along. My only acting experience comes from high school plays; I admire anyone who takes on acting as a career, everyone who watches benefits from watching you.
You were outstanding in Say Uncle, if I didn't cry so darn much, I'd watch it again. Although, I think I can say the same for Queer as Folk, too. Secretly (well, I guess not so secretly anymore) I'm hoping for a Queer as Folk movie. If Hollywood can spend that much on 2 Sex in the City movies (Is society really that shallow?. Don't answer that, I don't want to know), then someone can come up with a QAF movie. I have an idea for the story line, but that doesn't do anyone any good. Then again, I'm sure that after this long a time, while the fans are still stuck in that world re-watching all our favorite characters doing their thing, the actors themselves might have moved on to the point of not wanting to get back into those roles, or at the very least, been away from them long enough to enjoy doing something different.
Anyway, I could continue, but I won't. I'll get back to where I started. Thank you for all that you do, and I hope that I figure out the next time your performing in the Los Angeles area. It hasn't worked yet, I've missed Scott, Robert and Gale in their performances as well. Life happens, though, and there's not always time for, well, anything outside of work and family.
Hope you had a great birthday, and have a great summer, and a terrific year.

I just watched "Say Uncle," and enjoyed it. It was well written, thought provoking, and the acting was great. It was hard to watch at points because of the stupidity and smallness of humanity, but I vented by yelling at them :D We need to see more more more of you Peter. I say we start lobbying to have you join the cast of True Blood. yep, as Lafayette's love interest ;-) It would be nice to see your face more often. All the best to you. xx
